1. Agreement to Terms
By booking transportation services with Sparta Limousine ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Sparta Limousine provides luxury ground transportation services including airport transfers, hourly charters, corporate transportation, and special event services throughout New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
3. Reservations and Booking
- Reservations can be made through our website, phone, or email.
- All reservations are subject to vehicle availability.
- A confirmation will be sent to you upon successful booking.
- You are responsible for providing accurate pickup times, locations, flight information, and contact details.
- For airport pickups, please provide your flight number so we can track your arrival.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Prices quoted are for the specific service and route requested.
- Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking fees, wait time exceeding 15 minutes, and additional stops.
- We accept cash, credit cards, and approved corporate accounts.
- Gratuity is not included in quoted prices and is at the discretion of the passenger.
- Prices are subject to change; the rate at the time of booking will be honored.
5. Cancellation Policy
Please review our cancellation terms carefully:
- 12+ Hours Before Pickup: Free cancellation with full refund.
- Less Than 12 Hours Before Pickup: A cancellation fee of $50.00 will be charged.
- No-Show: If the driver arrives at the scheduled pickup location and the passenger does not appear (no-show), the full fare will be charged.

6. Passenger Conduct
Passengers agree to:
- Treat our vehicles and drivers with respect.
- Not smoke, vape, or consume illegal substances in the vehicle.
- Not bring open containers of alcohol (in compliance with local laws).
- Not engage in any illegal activity during transport.
- Be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during their ride.
- Wear seatbelts as required by law.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any passenger who violates these conduct rules. No refund will be provided in such cases.
7. Wait Time Policy
- Airport Pickups: We provide complimentary wait time of up to 60 minutes after flight landing to account for customs, baggage claim, and deplaning.
- Non-Airport Pickups: We provide 15 minutes of complimentary wait time from the scheduled pickup time.
- Additional wait time beyond these allowances may be charged at our hourly rate.
8. Liability and Insurance
- Sparta Limousine maintains appropriate commercial insurance for passenger transportation.
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items left in our vehicles, though we will make reasonable efforts to return found items.
- Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.
9. Flight Delays
For airport pickups, we monitor flight arrivals. If your flight is delayed, we will adjust your pickup time accordingly at no additional charge. Please ensure you provide your flight number when booking.
10. Child Safety Seats
We can accommodate child safety seats upon request. Please notify us at the time of booking if you require a car seat. You may also bring your own car seat.
11. Luggage
Standard reservations include reasonable luggage. Please inform us of excessive luggage at the time of booking to ensure appropriate vehicle assignment. Oversized items may require a larger vehicle at additional cost.
12. Service Area
We primarily serve North Jersey, including Sussex County, Morris County, Bergen County, and surrounding areas. We provide service to Newark (EWR), JFK, LaGuardia (LGA), Teterboro, and Westchester airports. Long-distance trips may be available upon request.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
