1. Standard Cancellation
We understand that plans change. To provide the best service to all our customers and respect our drivers' time, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Free Cancellation (12+ Hours Notice)
If you cancel your reservation 12 hours or more before your scheduled pickup time, you will receive a full refund with no cancellation fee.
2. Late Cancellation Fee
If you cancel your reservation less than 12 hours before your scheduled pickup time, a cancellation fee of $50.00 will be charged.
This fee helps cover the cost of reserved vehicle time and driver scheduling.
3. No-Show Policy
A "no-show" occurs when our driver arrives at the scheduled pickup location at the confirmed time and the passenger:
- Does not appear at the pickup location
- Cannot be reached by phone after multiple attempts
- Does not respond within the complimentary wait time period
In the event of a no-show, the full fare for the scheduled ride will be charged.
4. Wait Time Allowance
Before a ride is considered a no-show, we provide the following complimentary wait times:
- Airport Pickups: 60 minutes from flight landing time (to account for deplaning, customs, and baggage claim)
- All Other Pickups: 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time
Our driver will attempt to contact you during this wait period. If we cannot reach you and you do not appear, the ride will be marked as a no-show.
5. How to Cancel
To cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible using one of the following methods:
Please have your confirmation number ready when contacting us. Cancellations are processed during business hours (6 AM - 10 PM EST).
6. Modifications
Need to change your pickup time or location? We're happy to accommodate modifications when possible:
- 12+ hours before: Free modifications (subject to availability)
- Less than 12 hours: Modifications may be possible but not guaranteed
- Significant route changes may affect pricing
7. Refunds
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. If you paid by cash or check, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.
8. Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of documented medical emergencies, severe weather events, or other extraordinary circumstances, please contact us to discuss your situation. We will review exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
